The Camscan App provides comprehensive support for a wide range of Camscan devices as well as third-party ZigBee and Z-Wave devices, ensuring versatile compatibility. Users can remotely monitor and interact with their smart home environments at any time and from any location via mobile devices, enhancing the convenience and efficiency of home management.

System features include push notifications, an AI builder, scheduled timers, a global account system, over-the-air (OTA) upgrades, local network access, device sharing capabilities, an engineering mode, RSSI monitoring, and device backups—all designed to facilitate seamless and effective smart home control.

Cybersecurity and privacy are prioritized from the outset. The Camscan App employs bank-level encryption across all system components—covering smart devices, edge gateways, cloud services, and applications—to ensure data protection at every link. The system is engineered to detect and prevent advanced security threats proactively.
